Albany Lifeworks Center is located on a 21 acre preserve just off Schoolhouse Road, less than a mile from Western Ave, conveniently located near Stuyvesant Plaza and Crossgates Mall. We offer private off-street parking in our private parking lot and are handicapped accessible.

From the North
Take I-87 South to the end (stay to the left when the highway splits)
Turn Left at US 20/Western Ave
Make a right at Schoolhouse Road (1st traffic light)
Go straight on Schoolhouse Road, pass over the thruway
Make a right on Trillium Lane (look for Albany Lifeworks Sign)
Turn into parking lot on right.

From the South
Take I87 North to exit 24 to merge onto I-87 N/I-90 E toward Albany/Montreal
Take the exit toward US-20/Western Ave
Merge onto Adirondack Northway S
Turn left at US-20/Western Ave
Make a right at Schoolhouse Road (1st traffic light)
Go straight on Schoolhouse Road, pass over the thruway
Make a right on Trillium Lane (look for Albany Lifeworks Sign)
Turn into parking lot on right.

From the East
Take I-90 W toward Albany
Take exit 1S toward US-20/Western Ave
Merge onto Adirondack Northway S
Turn left at US-20/Western Ave
Make a right at Schoolhouse Road (1st traffic light)
Go straight on Schoolhouse Road, pass over the thruway
Make a right on Trillium Lane (look for Albany Lifeworks Sign)
Turn into parking lot on right.

From the West
Take I-90 E toward Albany
Take exit 1S toward US-20/Western Ave
Merge onto Adirondack Northway S
Turn left at US-20/Western Ave
Make a right at Schoolhouse Road (1st traffic light)
Go straight on Schoolhouse Road, pass over the thruway
